			<description><![CDATA[ EQUALIZER EVENTS -<br>New this year for some tournaments (Check with your director to see if this will be on option) - OPTION A for c/d, d/e, e/rec equalizers the lower (say E) team will have the option of playing at the higher (say D) teams rules thus being a higher (say D) level team for that event and getting double points or OPTION B going by the current equalizer rules - see tournament rules page on www.nsawa.com. 			<description><![CDATA[ Hopefull this will clear up some of the misinformation about NSA's bat contract and how bats are now approved.<br><br>Per email from Eddie Ray:<br><br>In 2003 NSA found bats that were on the market to be non-conforming to the original bpf test, after said bats had previously passed the bpf test by a considerable margin. NSA took the blunt of bad publicity, ridicule ect. for banning bats that after further testing by NSA were found to be in some cases way over the legal limits of the bpf test.... ]]></description>
