Time Limits:
Time limits for seeding games will be one hour, seeding games can end in a tie. Time limits for playoff bracket games will be one hour and five minutes with the international tie breaker rule in place for any inning starting after one hour has elapsed. There will be no time limit in the Championship Game.
Teams are responsible for knowing their game times and being present for the start of their games. If a team is not present at their scheduled start time, they will forfeit the game. Their will be no exceptions to this rule. GRACE PERIODS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.

International Tie Breaker:
This rule will be used in tie games in extra innings or after the time limit expires, whichever comes first. At the top and bottom of each extra inning, the last out of the previous inning is placed on second base, with no outs.

Home Run Rules:
All Games for this tournament will use the Washington NSA D home run rule, 1 one up to max of 2.
(One up - once both teams have reached the limit, above, that no team may be more than one homerun (untouched over the fence) ahead of the other team. Exception: Home team in bottom of seventh or official last inning cannot go one up.) Any homerun over the limit will be a dead ball out with no run penalty.

Courtesy Runners:
Teams are allowed one courtesy runner per inning. The courtesy runner must be the last out or the next available batter in the lineup.

City of Redmond Specific Rules:
No Alcohol is allowed at the complex.
No Tobacco products, Sunflower Seeds or Chewing Gum will be allowed on the fields or in the dugouts. Violators of this rule will be ejected from the tournament.
