TEAM DIRECTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
1. REGISTER Your TEAM Online:
Go to: www.playnsa.com
Click on: NSA Team Sanction from main page
Fill in all information make sure email is CORRECT!
Choose State and Director
Select Teams Class & Division
Submit Form
Select Password Keep track of this password.
NOTE: You will be instructed where to MAIL the check for Registration fee. - league teams don't need to send in this (exception Kennewick)
Adult (NSA of Washington, 12406 Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo, WA 98275)
Once payment is received, the office will approve your registration and you will receive your registration number via e-mail.
ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REGISTRATION NUMBER, YOU MUST ENTER YOUR ROSTER ONLINE TO PARTICIPATE IN NITS, STATE AND WORLDS.
We suggest you collect the following information from players before beginning:
Players Name No nicknames
Players Full Address
Players Date of Birth
Players Drivers License Number
2. ROSTERS Online
Go to: www.playnsa.com
Click on: Register your team online for 2004
Click on: TEAM LOGIN
Enter Team Registration Number & Password.
If you have forgotten your password, or did not select one:
Click on: CHANGE TEAM PASSWORD
Enter: Registration Number
Click on: Forgot Password
Your password will be emailed to you by the system.
Once you have entered your Registration Number & Password
Click on: TEAM ROSTER
Click on Pencil (Edit) Type in all information for a player and SAVE (diskette off to the left), then it will allow the line for next player to be added.
Click on Pencil (Edit) Type in NEXT Players information and Click: SAVE (diskette off to the left) continue for all players.
When Finished with all players CLICK: SUBMIT
Note: Submitting the roster DOES NOT send your director a copy of the roster! YOU MUST PRINT OUT the roster,
ATTAIN signatures of players and turn in at the tournament site!
Print Roster: SELECT AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE Click here for a printer friendly version
This will bring up a new window, along with your printer box. Click OK to print.
Roster will print out with blanks for signatures.
You MUST take a signed copy to tournament sites.
We suggest you keep a copy of the original roster with all signatures.
Note: Adult teams DO NOT have to have team insurance, YOUTH TEAMS DO.
Adult teams select NO INSURANCE.
We suggest you keep a copy of the original Roster will all signatures.
If you need to add a player at a later time, follow the directions above.
NOTE: If a players address changes, or if a mistake is found after submitting the roster, you will need to contact our office to make corrections.
