1. If you are adding players to your roster for the weekend, make sure your adding players of the same class (IE your team is E you only add E or lower
players). They cannot come from an already registered NSA team.
2. If you would like to add a player from a higher division you will need to speak to the NSA office (Dale or myself) to get approval on your roster status. NSA doesn't necessarily class players but does take into account how that player could or would impact your roster.
3. If it is found that a player from a higher classed team is playing on a lower classed team, the team using that player and the player could face NSA suspensions. (IE E registered team has D or above player(s) from a D or above classified team playing with them in an E tournament)
4. All teams participating in NSA qualifying events need to have either:
A. a online roster printed and signed by all participants for that weekends event.
B. a paper roster printed and signed by all participants for that weekends event.
If a roster is not filled out for that weekends event, the team will not receive any points for that event.
5. For any qualifying tournament (Not State, NIT, Worlds) all teams are allowed two pickup players that are from the same class or lower (NEVER FROM A HIGHER CLASSED TEAM). These pickup players must be from a NSA registered team. If they currently are not on or soon to be on a NSA registered team, then you need to add them to your roster.
Most players know if their team will be participating in NSA events this year or not. If you are not sure about a team, please contact the NSA office or go to the preseason classification listing on nsawa.com as we will keep that updated.
