Seattle Fastpitch Club will be holding tryouts for the 2009 on the following dates:
August 16 Lower Woodland 2p-5p (U10, U12, U14 and U16)
August 22 Lower Woodland 6p-9p (U14 and U16)
August 23 Lower Woodland 2p-5p (U10 and U12)
September 5 Lower Woodland 5p - 8p (U10, U12, U14 and U16), make-up tryout for those who can't attend one of the earlier dates.
The Seattle Fastpitch Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing outstanding athletes and citizens through the game of fastpitch softball. For the 2009 season we will field one U10 team, two U12 teams, two U14 teams and one to two U16 teams. A number of our teams are coached by non-parent coaches and we have excellent training for our coaches, provided by former collegiate players and current college coaches.
SFC has our own personal indoor facility in Queen Anne. The gym is a fabulous space, with four pitching lanes, four batting cages and enough room for full infield drills. In addition to practices, SFC players use the gym for lessons and individual work outs. We also host the very popular Fall Ball event at Lower Woodland.
We are also searching for a couple of more coaches for our U10 and U16 teams. We provide full training for coaches, and lots of support from our board. Plus our Club is a great family!
If you have questions about tryouts, please contact Cassie Little (cassieclittle@hotmail.com) or at 206.276.5522. To download forms or get more information, please visit our Web site at www.seattlefastpitch.com.
