Doerflinger Software (Lucky Eagle) Second Wind 50AAA intends to play 6 NSA events in 2009. The regular events with senior divisions included at times have struggled to attract enough senior teams to happen. I recommend teams that wish to play in these events should email and call the tournament director (leave message), register with NSA at www.playnsa.com and send in your registration fee ($25), then send your entry fee to the tournament director. If enough teams do not enter, you can trust your entry fee will be returned. Do not expect to be coddled by these tournament directors. These tournament directors typically are way too overworked to cater to our senior teams like many expect. Also, I recommend you register on the NSA Message Board so we can communicate here regarding these events. If we can see here who is interested and considering these events, we have a much better chance.

The important point here is if we need these events to allow us to play twice a month from April on, it is up to us to make them happen. NSA does not have a State Senior Director or the resources to promote the senior divisions.
