Attention Senior teams.
I am going to list this out, and I will need for you to complete the following to enter NSA tournaments.
-First you will need to sanction your team
-Second you will need to sign up for which tournaments you want to play
-Third contact me that you are interested, and have signed up for that tournament
-Fourth pay for the tournament
-Fifth put your roster on line
To sanction your team for tournament play you will need to goto www.playnsa.com From there look on the left side panel. You will find "NSA Team Sanction" click on this.
Fill the form out completly. Your director is Dale Gellner choose his name. In the comment box indicate that you are a Senior team and you are paying the $25.00 fee on line, or by mail. After you submit this form you will get an E-mail confirmation indicating how to pay. If you wish to send a check, Dale's address will be there, or you will be directed to the www.nsawa.com site to pay by Credit, Debit, or Paypal. Once you are at www.nsawa.com, click on "Adult Slowpitch", then "Tournaments". Half way down the page you will see information on how to pay by Credit, Debit, or Paypal. Click on the "Pay Now" and fill out the form. You will get an e-mail conformation and receipt.
This task must be done and paid for so that you can get a registration number. Without a registration number, you cannot sign up for tournaments on line or put your roster on line.
Remember to write down your password
To sign up for a tournament you will need to have obtained your registration number (detailed above). goto www.playnsa.com and look on the left side panel to find:
"Tournaments", click on it.
"Future tournaments" Click on it
"Adult" Click on it
Fill out form then click on
"List Tournaments"
Find the tournaments that you wish to play in and fill out the form. Repeat for each tournament. This will notify the Tournament Director by E-mail that you want to be accepted into that tournament.
You will need a registration number to be able to complete this.
Now that all that has been done, e-mail jwachsnich@aol.com I will then update the message board, and verify that you are sanctioned and have signed up for that tournament
To pay for the tournament, there are 2 ways that NSA tournament directors will accept, electronic payment and Check.
To pay electronically goto www.nsawa.com site to pay by Credit, Debit, or Paypal. Once you are at www.nsawa.com, click on "Adult Slowpitch", then "Tournaments". Half way down the page you will see information on how to pay by Credit, Debit, or Paypal. Click on the "Pay Now" and fill out the form. You will get an e-mail conformation and receipt. You can also send a check directly to the tournament director.
To put your roster online you will have needed to completed the sanctioning, and have paid for that. Log onto www.playnsa.com on the left side panel click on "Team Login" Fill out the top portion with your registration number, and password. Add yout players.
This will make thing a lot easier for you to play, so that you don't have to keep filling out rosters.
