Good morning, friends ~
My best friend, Yukka27, had a fire last night at her house. Her family is safe, but they've lost a lot from the fire. Their garage burned down along with both of their vehicles, their trailer, camper and other things. Fortunately, their house remains in tact. However, all of their ball gear was in their Suburban (along with many other personal items), which is now a melted blob in their driveway. The Suburban will be replaced by insurance, but the contents inside it will not. I'm hoping some of you may have gear you are no longer using, such as bats, gloves, bat bags, pants, etc., that you may be willing to donate to them until they can replace their stuff. They just bought brand new gear for this year (pants, bags, bats, batting gloves) and I know she'd never ask for help herself. She is my best friend and I love her deeply and if I had the means, I'd replace everything for them. Please let me know if you can help in any way. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
